This site collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script of any kind — the site loads no resources from other domains, so no data about your visit reaches anyone else.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is B Automation Grain System S.R.L., 410017 Oradea, Strada Episcop Roman Ciorogariu nr. 9, Biroul 10, Romania. Registration number J2026008385008, CUI 53823768.

For any question about your data, write to info@b-automation.eu or use the postal address above. A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the company is not required to appoint one.

2. What the contact form collects

Required: company or farm name, region, farm size in hectares, contact person, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred language, when we may call, preferred time window, target timeline, and the anti-spam answer.

Optional: storage capacity, dryer throughput, whether silos and a dryer are on site, whether the number is reachable on WhatsApp, and free-text notes.

Also recorded technically: the time of submission, and — in the web server log — your IP address, browser identification and the page requested.

Please do not put anything in the free-text field that you would not want stored: it goes into an ordinary business record, not a secure vault.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your own request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you separately agree to be contacted using the checkbox on the form, that confirmation is recorded alongside your enquiry, but is not itself the legal basis for handling it.

To operate and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-abused site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This covers the server log and the anti-spam check.

To meet accounting and tax obligations, if a contract follows. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing e-mails on the basis of a contact form submission.

4. How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a project: kept for up to two years from the last contact, then deleted. Two years because grain facility investments are often decided across two harvest seasons, and a re-contact should not start from zero.

Enquiries that lead to a contract: kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the retention period required by Romanian accounting and tax law.

Web server logs: kept for a short technical period, then rotated out.

Withdrawing your consent to being contacted stops that specific confirmation but does not affect the handling of an enquiry you have already made; you may object to processing or request erasure at any time (see Section 7), unless a legal retention obligation applies.

5. Who else sees it

Inside the company: only the people who handle the enquiry — in practice the engineer who calls you back.

The hosting provider and domain registrar for this site is Tárhely.Eu Kft. (Hungary, EU). This serves the purpose described in Section 3 above of operating and securing the website. No processor is currently used for analytics, advertising or similar purposes, because the site does not run any — see Section 6.

If a CRM or ticketing system is introduced later, it must be added here before it is used.

We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

Transfers outside the EEA: none are intended. If a processor turns out to transfer data outside the EEA, the safeguard used must be stated here.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or social media technologies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what is needed to display the page.

If analytics is added later, this section and a consent mechanism have to be put in place first.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest; and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Write to info@b-automation.eu. We answer within one month. If we need to verify who you are, we will ask — not to be difficult, but because sending someone else's data to the wrong person is worse.

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), or with the authority in your own country of residence.

8. Is providing the data compulsory?

No. Filling in the form is voluntary. Without the required fields we cannot call you back, but you can always reach us by e-mail or WhatsApp instead — and you can ask a technical question without naming your company at all.
